A couple of weeks ago, when I just started working at Target, I witnessed the first of the weird customers. This lady came to Target with an item she purchased online and wanted to get a refund on it. She bought one of those diabetic blood sugar maintainers. Our store did not carry the item but she still wanted the refund. Anyway, it turned out that she used a coupon to save $20 and when she returned the item, she got $20 back! GSTL allowed it however, I guess for customer service, and then she labeled her, "Coupon Queen," which what I thought was hilarious.
